Pumpkin Seed Kale Pesto

This is a great spread or dip! It is a raw vegan recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Styrian Gold Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/3 cup Hemp hearts
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Nama shoyu (unpasteurized soy sauce)
  • 3 Garlic
  • 1 cup Kale leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp Styrian Gold Pumpkin Seed Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients into the food processor.
  2. Process for 10 seconds.
  3. Add the liquid ingredients.
  4. Process for another 10 seconds.
