Styrian Gold offers shipping only within Canada and continental United States.

We take special care in packaging your order to ensure it has a safe journey to your door.

Bottles are separately bubble wrapped and boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 4 business days after receipt of your order and are shipped by Canada Post/United States Parcel Service.

Depending on where you are shipping to, you have minimum 3 choices at checkout: regular, faster or fastest service.

The system is linked with Canada Post and defaults to the fastest one (& most expensive option) so please make sure you choose the right shipping method for you!

Please note! We make every effort to get your order out as speedily and efficiently as possible but the shipping timing of the method you choose is with Canada Post and starts when they receive the packages from us. You will get email notifications and tracking information from Canada Post.

Returns of unopened bottles and packages are within 30 days of delivery and all money is refundable except for the original shipping and handling charges.

If you find any defects in the products delivered to you please take photos and send by email to us right away.

You may be asked to return the defective items by mail at our expense. Those items will be replaced by Styrian Gold Inc. at no cost to you.
